Ideal to central pattaya. Reception Staff are very nice and speak good English. Very clean hotel. Excellent value for money. Along with paying the bill on arrival, 500tb has to paid as a deposit, which you get back on departure. On departure they check your room first to see if mini bar has been used etc. That is deducted from the 500. If nothing used then the 500tb is returned. It takes them less than 10 mins to check the room. We didn't see or use the swimming pool so can't comment. Room was large. Comfy bed. Very clean. 2 bottles water free. Mini bar and 2 packs crisps ( these are cheap and have to be paid for if drank/eaten ) 25tb for crisps 20 tb for can come cola 60 tb small can Chang Beer Shower was very good. Amenities. ( cotton buds, shows gel, shampoo ) Towels are good quality. Breakfast was included and had a vast range of foods from western cuisine to Asian. Fresh fruit, ceareal, fruit juice, cakes, curries, rice, bacon, eggs, the list goes on. There was also a chef behind the kitchen if you wanted omelette etc. Restaurant was very clean. Wall mounted TV in the one corner wasn't too loud. Housekeeping staff, concierge are welcoming and pleasant.

Was ok for money. Good breakfast layout staff nice. Location good. Close bars food. Bed little hard but was ok sleep for me compared to many Thai hotels. Would stay again.

Excellent location, near ATM, restaurants, super / mini marts, beach and the famous Walking Street. All are within walking distance. Safe area to walk through at night with locals being very friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and away from the noise at night. Excellent WIFI, air conditioning and a great hot shower were appreciated. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choice.

My preferred hotel whenever staying in Pattaya. Value for money.. and the location is ideal for me. Walking distance to the beach.. entertainment.. massage.. restaurants.. shopping malls.. the breakfast is always good.

I liked the swimming pool the most, where the staff makes sure that everything is in order and calm, unlike some other hotels where the savages fight and make noise that makes the guests unable to sleep. Big Plus helpful, the reception gets five stars**** always very professional, as well as the staff service, which is really great and kind and helpful, and I also have to say that the food in the hotel restaurant is very tasty, especially the pizza, the staff in the restaurant are very professional and kind, (I stayed for 4 weeks, I had a pleasant rest, thank you)

The hotel is in a very good location for the people interested in nightlife and touristy areas. The room I was in could be a little noisy at times, especially during the night time. However, if you have your air conditioning on, it will not bother you. There is no joiner-fee for overnight guests. That's a big plus!

Value for money. Friendly staffs & Hotel is situated near the beach within walking distance (300m). Surrounded by Bar, Massage Shops, Restaurant, Shopping Malls. Easy to get motobike taxi and pickup taxi (songteaw) Breakfast buffet cater for local dishes and western food.

Location good - close to Pattaya Beach and shopping mall. Two swimming pools on the roof top. Buffet breakfast was good. Everything was great given this price.
